One thing about this group is we’re rooted in more than just fitness. We’re rooted in faith, growth, loyalty, encouragement, and becoming better together 🤍 So today I want you to share a WIN from your week! Maybe your win was: ✨ staying consistent even when motivation wasn’t there ✨ getting outside and moving your body ✨ choosing discipline over excuses ✨ spending more time with God ✨ showing up for yourself ✨ encouraging someone else ✨ getting back on track instead of giving up Progress isn’t just physical. Sometimes the biggest wins happen mentally, emotionally, and spiritually too!!!

MURPH 2026!!
Today we went to 1st Phorm Headquarters to take on the Murph not just for the workout, but to honor the sacrifices made for our country and the people who gave everything for our freedom. 🇺🇸 What made today even more special was getting to do it alongside people in our community who are out here making a difference, pushing others to grow, and showing up with purpose every single day. My cup feels so full after today. The conversations, the energy, the reminder of what really matters… this is something we’re turning into a tradition every year. ❤️ Forever grateful for this community and the opportunity to be surrounded by people who inspire me to be better. How are you spending your Memorial Day weekend!?

75 Hard completed!!!
Let me tell you there were so many moments during these 75 days where life could've easily become an excuse. We moved to a different state. I picked up a job for extra $$$ on top of other things I'm building. I got sick. There were definitely hectic days but the the work had to get done. This is exactly what this program teaches you. You can absolutely do hard things even when things aren't convenient. There really should be no excuses why you can't prioritize yourself. 75 Hard taught me how to be intentional with every part of my life. It made me fall in love with taking care of my body, eating whole foods, learning daily, moving my body, and keeping promises to myself even when I didn't | 100% didn't feel like it. It taught me to just focus on that day and completing that day. Just win that day and wake up the next and do it again! Even though I've completed my 75 days doesn't mean I'm going back to the person I was before this. Why would you go back to the things you were trying to get away from? I truly feel like this program reprograms your life if you let it. So if you've been thinking about starting... let this be your sign. You're capable of more than you think you are. Phase 1, I'm coming for you!!!
