Posted a pic of my wrist today because I forgot to put my watch on before I started my walk 😂 already 43 minutes in though, so we’re rolling with it. I’m not letting that set the tone for my day. I was up at 4, I’m heading into a 12-hour shift, got my morning routine done, threw a little makeup on, and I’m out the door. Honestly… that makes me feel like a baddie. There’s something about taking care of yourself first that just changes how you show up for the rest of the day. I challenge you today to get your workout in, hit your steps (7k, 10k, whatever your goal is), and just move your body in a way you love. Don’t forget to thank God for another day.
