There will be days during this challenge when you don’t feel like walking. Those are often the days that matter most. Let me tell ya I didn’t start this week very prepared but I’m going to control what I can and let go of the rest :) I woke up later than I wanted I did start phase 1 of 75 hard today and didn’t finish a 45 min walk but that’s ok I still did 20 min! That’s steps I don’t have to get in later:)))) I didn’t have breakfast prepped either but on days like this I reach for level-1 to add to my collagen for extra extra protein in my coffee! You know what they say If you fail to plan you plan to fail! Lesson learned the hard way today!
