Friendly reminder that drinking more water isn’t always enough… especially if you’re active, outside more, sweating, drinking caffeine, or working out.
When we sweat, we lose electrolytes too not just water. That can leave you feeling tired, sluggish, headachy, crampy, low energy, and honestly just OFF.
That’s one reason I love the hydration sticks from 1st phorm. They help replenish electrolytes + support hydration without all the sugar that a lot of drinks have.
Some signs you may need better hydration:
