Day 4 - WEEKENDS :)
let’s gooo 👏🏼 this is such an important one.
Weekends matter WAY more than people think.
If you really break it down…
There are 2 weekend days out of 7 → that’s about 28–29% of your entire year 😳
So if every weekend turns into:
“start over Monday”
“completely off track”
“all or nothing”
You’re basically pressing pause on your progress almost a third of your life.
That’s WILD when you actually think about it.
Here’s the thing this isn’t about restriction.
This isn’t about not having fun, especially with holidays, events, or time with your people. Epically with Easter weekend!!!
It’s about being intentional.
You can:
– go out to eat
– have the dessert
– sleep in a little
– enjoy your life
AND still:
– get movement in
– hit your protein
– stay hydrated
– keep promises to yourself
Because the goal isn’t perfection… it’s consistency.
The people who see results aren’t perfect!
They’re just the ones who don’t completely disappear on the weekends.
So going into this weekend, ask yourself:
“How can I show up for myself AND enjoy my life?”
