It’s kinda crazy when you actually stop and think about where you were 29 days ago. Not just physically… but mentally too.
The habits. The discipline. The way you talk to yourself.The things you used to make excuses for that you don’t anymore.
You didn’t just “do a challenge”…you showed yourself what you’re capable of when you actually follow through.
I know for a lot of you (myself included) there were days you didn’t feel like it. Days you questioned it. Days you wondered if you were doing enough.
As the days went by you kept going anyway and that matters more than anything!!! I am so proud you all and so excited to do this along side you guys!
