  • State determines access.
  • Safety is biological.
  • Our nervous system is always scanning for threat or safety.
We are shaped by repeated experience, that’s why regulation takes practice — not insight.
🌿 Micro Practice (3 minutes)
Orient + Rhythm
  1. Look around and name 5 neutral or pleasant things.
  2. Begin gentle cross-body tapping or slow rocking.
  3. Notice: Is there even 5% more settling or clarity?
