Every Season Made Beautiful | Video Devotional | December 12, 2025
Ecclesiastes 3:1-13 Devotional: In this devotional, we explore the reality that life moves through seasons—some joyful, some painful, some ordinary, and some sacred. God has appointed a time for everything: planting and uprooting, weeping and laughing, mourning and dancing. These aren't random; they're part of His design. Even the hard seasons have purpose. God isn't haphazardly throwing circumstances at us—He's weaving them together to make everything beautiful in its time. When you're in a difficult season, it doesn't mean God has abandoned His plan. It means He's still at work, shaping something you can't see yet. Reflection: What season are you in right now—one of growth, loss, waiting, or transition? How does it help to know that this season has purpose, even if you can't see the full picture yet? Prayer Prompt: Thank God for His sovereignty over every season of your life—the hard ones and the easy ones. Ask Him to help you trust that He is making everything beautiful in His time, even when you can't understand what He's doing. Surrender the season you're in and ask for eyes to see His purpose in it.

Verse of the Day - Christmas 2025
“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” — Isaiah 9:6 Reflection: On this Christmas Day, we celebrate God meeting us in our humanity. Isaiah’s prophecy reminds us that the child born in Bethlehem carries divine titles—Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Jesus is God’s answer to our deepest longings, choosing vulnerability and intimacy over distance and power. Prayer Prompt: Which of Jesus’s titles speaks to your life right now? Offer a simple prayer: “Jesus, thank you for coming as [the title that resonates]. I invite you into [specific area of your life] today.” Merry Christmas!

Good News for Ordinary People | Video Devotional | Christmas 2025
Key phrase: "There were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them..." Devotional: On this Christmas morning, notice who God chose to hear the news first: not kings, not priests, not scholars or the powerful elite—but shepherds. Blue-collar workers on the night shift, smelling like sheep, were considered unclean and unimportant by religious society. They weren't in the temple; they were in the fields. They weren't praying; they were working. And that's exactly where the angels found them. This is the scandal of the gospel: God doesn't show up first at the palace or the religious headquarters. He comes to the ordinary, the overlooked, the everyday people just trying to get through their shift. The good news isn't for those who have it all together—it's for all of us who are just showing up, doing our jobs, living our regular lives. Jesus came for the shepherds. Jesus came for you. Reflection: Where do you feel ordinary, overlooked, or "less than" in your life? How does it change things to know that God announced the greatest moment in history to people just like you—ordinary folks doing ordinary work? Prayer Prompt: Thank God that the good news of Jesus isn't reserved for the elite, the educated, or the put-together. Thank Him that He sees you, values you, and comes to you right where you are—in the middle of your everyday, ordinary life. Ask Him to help you believe that His message is truly for you.
