Cooling down before remote viewing works much the same as stretching before a workout or tuning up my bass before I hit the stage. The cool down gets you ready for the thing you are about to do. Some things that seem to work are standard meditation or focused breathing, making/listening to music or beats, going for a walk/exercising - anything that lets you chill and change gears mentally. Literally anything works, and it doesn't have to be drawn out or fancy like a Binaural Fibonacci Chakra Meditation or a 30 min hike (try those things too though, its fun to experiment). The closer you can get to "the zone" before you start the better, but don't over think it A few relaxing breaths as you fill out your admin stuff on the session page works too. The RV process is literally designed to get you there. But if you conjure the A-game before you get on stage, you will bring a better performance. What do you do to get in the zone before a remote viewing session?
