In the section on AOL you discuss using the right and left brain for what they each do best. I have seen and used binaural beat that are specific to the hemi-sync of both spheres of the brain. Is this helpful or counterproductive to training in this RV protocol? Thank you.

Will we get a pump this week? If the data continues to line up as it has been, I'm thinking we could get back into the mid 70's by middle of next week - thinking I might sell a bit more if we do. Starting to look like my final 'leg up' around the 24th was not to scale however and we are heading down into July (see update in comments below) Busy weekend over here so I didn't get a weekly update on the other charts - next weekend I will get some July predictions posted.
