Tailoring costs

With a lot of weight loss over the past 10-15 years, including even more in the last 6 months, I have had to resize my slacks 2-3 times. Some are at their limit (rear pockets are getting too close to look appropriate). Given the amount I pay for a very good tailor in my area, it has made me wonder what you all are seeing.

For anyone else who has had to shrink their slacks, especially when it has required more than just a resizing of the waist, such as leg retapering and shrinking the seat, how much do you expect to pay for such work?
