Curious what the exercise regiment of choice is for the community?
I have been doing boxing training for about 10 years. Now when I say training I’m not trying to go pro I just personally think it is the most fun way to burn calories. I found a great Boxing gym called Prevail that is also a great community of cool and supportive people. I take classes and private training on the weekends and typically supplement with bag work and a body weight regimen at home during the week. What about you gents?
