I’m packing for our last board meeting and gala dinner of the year. Board meetings are business casual and the dinners are business. A rather conservative dressing crowd…lots of navy blazers and charcoal suits… These outfits took inspiration from ’s use of browns/greens with blues and greys. Board meeting is grey dress pants, white button down, and a navy blazer. The brown / blue patterned silk tie is paired with a brown flannel PS. Since we will be in Houston, I’m going with black western style boots and a matching belt. My traveling companion blue dial, SS Raymond Weil on the wrist.
The gala is grey / blue window pane suit, blue dress shirt, and a green grenadine tie paired with a vintage green patterned PS. Ox blood cap toes, matching belt, and the same watch.
Do they work? Any suggestions? Thank you, Gents.
