I always struggle timing my S&C sessions.
I either do them over lunch or after skills.
But getting extra mobility in just wasn't an option.
Already training skills 1-2hours daily and then some strength sessions, who has the time?
Well... Turns out that you can do them during your test periods while lifting.
Just a useful way to use your dead recovery time.
