Sparring pro One Fc fighter
Here you have me helping out Mak Anatpong Bunrad with some light sparring in 2017 for a fight preparation in One FC. Training was here in Brussels, as he actually lives in Belgium.
His background is mostly Shihaishinkai karate.
Don’t get fooled by social media. Most good sparring is light. But that doesn’t get much views. So they go hard in front of the camera. Train smart.
