Nightmares and night terrors
As a kid I have always had trouble sleeping.
From not being able to get to sleep to nightmares, night terrors and waking up bathing in sweat yelling 'Madre Maria, Ayuda Me!' (I never learned Spanish but everyone was getting slaughtered in a church)
But for the past year I've been really focused on getting 7,5 to 8 hours of sleep per night and it's doing wonders.
I do this by tracking my sleep per night, calculating weekly averages.
And my training results are noticably better when I slept 8 hours or more when comparing my training logs to my sleep log.
Anyone else here a bad sleeper?
