๐๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐ช๐ป Workout: I skipped the gym with the advice of my trainer as I have been sick since Monday. I did walk 20 minutes outdoors though โ๏ธ

I am still slightly sick and have an appointment to see my doctor Wednesday. I have been taking medication which is working a little.
I am still currently reading Hard Times Create Strong Men by Stefan Aarnio.
