Ow! That Hurts!
Grab the cup (or object) that was just blessed in Water Blessing With Happy.
Put googly eyes on it. Use tape if there are no googly eyes. Draw two eyes on it and stick it anywhere that's facetlike. If it is a cup of water, put it underneath so they look up through the bottom.
Say the name out loud. The one used when being genuinely kind to yourself.
Think about a bad day. Something that went wrong recently. Someone who said something that stung. Hold that feeling for a moment.
Now say something unkind to the cup. Pay attention to how you FELT talking to the cup with the googly eyes.
Hug your happy to your chest and come back to this thread and talk about what was experienced.
Was it easy? Was it hard? Did something unexpected come up? Did the eyes matter? Did the name matter? Did the fact that this cup was just used for a working matter?
Final questions: Why do you think you were asked to say an unkind thing to your inner self? Does that awareness change the inner dialogue between you and them going forward?
There are no right answers here and there are no wrong ones. Whatever came up is exactly what was supposed to come up.
Read what other people wrote and respond to at least one. (Remember to hit like). Mention what their experience brought up for you.
Take the glass of water with the googly eyes AND your Happy and get some fresh air, eat some protein. Hug your Happy and treat yourself with kindness.
