Rise is about the struggle, what we had to shed, and the toxic relationships we outgrew. For some of us, OMFG, these things need to happen. Rise Plus is for the intuitive, magical worker, healer, and business person who wants it mapped out. We look at Mind, Body, Emotions, and Spirit to unlock our Plus Powers; Move forward with less contrast and more flow. Healing, Growth, Prosperity and Wealth can happen via many forms. Despite this, we are still bound by flesh and have rules we must follow.

A short course on healing language: present statements that shape identity and action. Blends NLP language patterns with prayer, Law of Attraction, and spellwork as intention-setting methods. Applies the practice to steadier emotions, clearer decisions, relationships, and wealth building. Lessons use simple rewrites, sensory exercises, and daily practice.

Biology Comes First teaches a simple order for change: body condition first, emotions second, mental health third, and spiritual work last. When the body is exhausted or bracing, clarity and motivation get harder to access. The body runs in different operating modes. Protective modes include Fight, Flight, Freeze, and Fawn. Growth modes include Safety, Engagement, Connection, and Flow. The guiding question is: “What does my body need in order to not make this worse?”

We make room in our life for expansion by dismissing something. Why does it usually come back? There are simple reasons for this, and it is rooted in physics. Think about what happens when we pull a bucket of water out of a river.

A boundary acts as a shield that drains reserves to function. Grounding discharges static energy while centering replenishes the supply. The lessons teach how to pull in and send out energy while centered. This stability prevents burnout and powers manifestation.
