Assemble Bars:Transfer dehydrated beef to a baking dish.Pour the tallow-honey mixture over the beef.Sprinkle dehydrated blueberries on top.Dust with cayenne pepper (and salt if desired).
Set & Cut:Refrigerate until firm (about 2–3 hours).Cut into squares or bars.
