Ingredients: - 1 lb ground beef - 2 tbsp beef tallow - 2 tbsp honey - ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) - Cayenne pepper (to taste) - Salt (optional) Instructions: 1. Cook the Beef:Brown ground beef in a skillet until crispy. Drain excess fat if needed. 2. Dehydrate Beef:Spread cooked beef evenly on a baking sheet.Bake at 200°F (93°C) for 2–3 hours until fully dehydrated and crunchy. 3. Dehydrate Blueberries:On a separate tray, bake blueberries at 200°F (93°C) for 2–3 hours until shriveled and chewy. 4. Prepare Tallow-Honey Mix:In a small saucepan, gently heat beef tallow and honey until liquid and combined. 5. Assemble Bars:Transfer dehydrated beef to a baking dish.Pour the tallow-honey mixture over the beef.Sprinkle dehydrated blueberries on top.Dust with cayenne pepper (and salt if desired). 6.
