Lesson 3 - How to Start Fasting
Fasting is a structured period of not eating, allowing your body to reset and tap into stored energy.
Types of fasting:
• Intermittent Fasting (16:8) – 16 hours fast, 8-hour eating window
• OMAD (One Meal a Day) – 20-hour fast, 4-hour eating window
• Extended Fasts – 24+ hours (advanced only)
