Short gratitude exercise
“Reset & Rise” Perfect for mornings or anytime you need a quick boost.
1. Shoulder Drop (20 seconds)
Lift your shoulders up to your ears.
Hold for 2 seconds.
Drop them completely.
Repeat 5 times.
This releases tension you don’t realize you’re carrying.
2. Heart-Opening Stretch (40 seconds)
Stand or sit tall.
Pull your shoulders back, open your chest, and take 3 deep breaths.
Imagine breathing in strength…
and exhaling worry.
3. Gratitude Spark (1 minute)
List one thing you’re grateful for
  • one thing you’re looking forward to todayOut loud if you can.This rewires your mindset for the entire day.
