2 Minute Morning Exercise
“Reset & Rise”
  1. Inhale for 4 seconds – imagine breathing in clarity and calm.
  2. Hold for 2 seconds – let everything settle.
  3. Exhale for 6 seconds – release pressure, doubt, or fatigue.
  4. Repeat 5 times.
  5. Then say out loud: “I am ready. I am grateful. I rise today with purpose.”
