Still Sunday Circle is happening in 7 days
Sunday Circle Moved to the Afternoon
I realized that Sunday morning might be difficult for a lot of folks so I changed the calendar so the call will be at 2pm on Sundays instead. This way you can sleep in, go to church, hit your local farmers market, or whatever you normally do on Sunday mornings and still make time for a gentle reset before a new week begins. I hope to see you guys there! Whatever you do this holiday weekend, make it memorable, be safe, and have fun!
New item coming to the Classroom!
A lot of us know that we consistently feel tired, even when we get 8 hours of sleep (IF we get 8 hours). But where does all our energy go? I've been working on an energy ledger that let's you track your energy levels based on your interactions and activities. You can score these things based on what adds to your cup and what depletes it. The ledger is designed to be used over a 30 day time period to give yourself a good idea of where you are daily, weekly, and looking back over the month with clear reflection. This will be available to any level 2 member starting tomorrow. If you aren't a level 2 member yet, you can gain some points by posting, liking or commenting on any of the other posts in the community discussion. Give it a try and let us know what you think! We officially have 10 members! I just want you guys to know how grateful I am for your presence here. Taking care of ourselves is often a woman’s last priority and I am just so glad that you all are here to start this journey with me. 2 thoughts for you: 1. What is one thing that would make this a great day for YOU? 2. Would it be more convenient for everyone if we moved the Sunday Circle to the afternoon? Our first journal is launched! The Morning Steep has arrived 🎉
New to the Classroom. The Morning Steep Journal takes you through 30 days of gratitude, intention, and release in 5 minutes. It is meant to help you start and practice two things: Making time for yourself (and a warm cup); Being mindful about where you are in your own personal journey at this point. I'll be keeping my own Morning Steep Journal from now on if anyone wants to compare notes. PS- Let us know how it goes!
