New item coming to the Classroom!
A lot of us know that we consistently feel tired, even when we get 8 hours of sleep (IF we get 8 hours). But where does all our energy go? I've been working on an energy ledger that let's you track your energy levels based on your interactions and activities. You can score these things based on what adds to your cup and what depletes it. The ledger is designed to be used over a 30 day time period to give yourself a good idea of where you are daily, weekly, and looking back over the month with clear reflection. This will be available to any level 2 member starting tomorrow. If you aren't a level 2 member yet, you can gain some points by posting, liking or commenting on any of the other posts in the community discussion. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
