As we approach the weekend, take a moment to consider that every activity and interaction we do/have contributes to our energy levels. Each person is affected differently. What gives you energy? What drains you? It is a valid question, especially if you constantly feel tired.
If you can identify one thing that makes you feel more energized, perhaps that should be part of your weekend.
