I just dropped a brand new workout video in here for you and I have to be honest....I recorded this one feeling like a completely different woman than I did a year ago. That's what showing up consistently does....it sneaks up on you in the best way.
This is a full body circuit and I did ALL the modifications with you so nobody gets left behind. Grab your light DBs and your medium DBs and let's get after it....
Here's how it works:
6 moves. 1 minute each. No rest between rounds.
Beginner (just getting started) โ 4 rounds
Intermediate (been moving consistently for 1+ month) โ 5 rounds
Advanced (you know who you are ๐) โ 6 rounds
The moves:
- Squat to Overhead Press
- Push-Up to T-Rotation
- Reverse Lunge + Bicep Curl
- Romanian Deadlift + Upright Row
- Lateral Lunge + Lateral Raise
- Plank Shoulder Taps
