How was your weekend friend? I'm in major recovery mode...super hard workouts & rebuilding my brand has my cortisol on 10 even tho I've been having a blast! More than 15 ladies are doing my updated 28 Day SHRED for midlife & helping me relaunch.... I'm having so much fun! Buuuut.... today is couch surf, tons of water, & clean eating to reset.... Here's the truth tho....I have not been honoring my body the way I should but that ends like yesterday! Sabbath days, lower intensity workouts, intentional screen time, strategic nutrition...that's the reset. 🤷🏼♀️😆I didn't realize what I was doing because I would wake up feeling amazing every day until my quads started burning for days and I'd feel wired all day...I thought I was just excited 😆 🎈Pro Tip: Stress doesn't always show up as the desire to pull your hair out.... I'm learning that my body responds differently to loads now at 44 than it did in my 30s. Sis, we have to adjust our workouts, nutrition, and other demands on order to be at our best. No amount of peptides and supplements can replace this. I just wanted to check in & encourage you to listen to your body!
