Ladies! It's a new day and another opportunity to honor the Lord in our choices....but remember, you have an enemy that has been studying man-kind for thousands of years...he isn't stupid....but he is a loser.... In the words of Joyce Meyer,"Think about what you think about." The bible says to guard your mind with all diligence for out of it flow the issues of life. Did you know the old translation means HEART. What we think about flows to it....be careful. As women, we have many emotions and it's easy for us to attach to them and agree with them. Remember, as a man thinks so is he. I believe with everything in me that we can transform our lives by renewing our minds...not every thought and feeling deserves a label or affirmation so be careful what you think and speak over yourself....following Christ isn't just about obedience but it's also thinking like Him & speaking like Him. Let's think and speak differently today xo

Hey RISE sisterhood! 👑 Can I be honest with you for a sec....there was a season where I thought working out in my 40s meant I had to choose between pushing hard and protecting my body. Like I couldn't have both. I was wrong.... How was your weekend friend? I'm in major recovery mode...super hard workouts & rebuilding my brand has my cortisol on 10 even tho I've been having a blast! More than 15 ladies are doing my updated 28 Day SHRED for midlife & helping me relaunch.... I'm having so much fun! Buuuut.... today is couch surf, tons of water, & clean eating to reset.... Here's the truth tho....I have not been honoring my body the way I should but that ends like yesterday! Sabbath days, lower intensity workouts, intentional screen time, strategic nutrition...that's the reset. 🤷🏼‍♀️😆I didn't realize what I was doing because I would wake up feeling amazing every day until my quads started burning for days and I'd feel wired all day...I thought I was just excited 😆 🎈Pro Tip: Stress doesn't always show up as the desire to pull your hair out.... I'm learning that my body responds differently to loads now at 44 than it did in my 30s. Sis, we have to adjust our workouts, nutrition, and other demands on order to be at our best. No amount of peptides and supplements can replace this. I just wanted to check in & encourage you to listen to your body!
