A Human Design Question

After discovering my Gate 36, I started following the recurring emotional wave that can sometimes feel quite heavy. Gate 36 referred to as a “The gate of Crisis”.

I have been mapping my experiences because I notice that the wave can last for 2–3 days. During these periods, I often feel a strong pull to withdraw and go within.

My question is whether these periods can be predicted in advance.

Can planetary transits or the positions of the planets indicate when this particular wave is likely to occur? I would be very interested to hear if anyone has experience with this or knows how it can be mapped.💫
