This year alone, I expanded my network by nearly 75%.
(while doing less...)
First of all, thank you for joining my network - this drives me to do more and share more with the community.
Here's what I learnt over the past year:
1. Share YOUR expertise, experience, and thoughts (but see point 2)
2. It's not about you - it's about supporting the community learning
3. Keep it short, simple, and actionable
4. Don't overdo it - find a cadence that works for you (2 - 3 times a week is fine)
5. Make it part of your daily routine.
All of the above haven't sacrificed my research development and delivery time, because it took 10-30 mins a day to share experience and engage with the community.
Is building a community around your research expertise your priority for the next year?
