Hi Franco!
You don’t need permission to be the best—just the guts to own it.
Most people out there wonder why no one notices them. Here’s the truth: they haven’t made the decision to stand out. You want to be recognized? Start by figuring out who you are and what you stand for. Not just in real estate—this applies to everything in life. Who are you, really? What do you want to be known for? Here’s a hard pill to swallow: if you don’t know what you want, no one’s going to figure it out for you. You have to define it. You have to speak it. And yeah, you’ve got to have the guts to say it out loud. I’ve said from day one that I’m the best agent in the UK—not hoping it’d happen, but knowing it. The funny thing is, when you keep saying it, it becomes reality. Not because of some magic, but because you condition yourself and everyone else to see it. You say it enough, believe it enough, and back it up with action—it’s game over for your competition. So ask yourself right now: who do you want to be? The one who gets by, or the one everyone knows by name? Once you decide, you’ve got to hammer that into your brain every single day. Keep telling yourself you’re the best, until the world has no choice but to believe it too. No one’s coming to hand you success. You have to claim it. So if you’re serious, stop sitting on the fence, start saying it—and live it. Own who you are, and the world will follow. 🔥 Here’s what I want you to do: 💥 In the comments, tell me who you are and who you want to be. 👇🏼

I'm here to be the most sought after agent in my area and beyond. Where clients come to me to give them the best results every time off the back of referrals time and time again. I will build my business to such a standard, my daughter will be begging for me to pass it over to her so she can have the same success I will undoubtedly have.
Door knocking
Hi all, Posting cards today and thought I would take the jump and knock my first door - was a bit of a mess if I'm honest. Tried to get out something along the lines of 'I notice you are currently on the market. Hows it going? here is my card if you need any help or advice' God knows how it came out but it didn't sound good to me. How do you all get on with it and any advice very much appreciated. (do you keep it brief, whats is your go to line etc..) Hope you have all had a great week.

We have takeoff!
A blow of my own trumpet here! 2 sales, 3 take on's (one of the £1,000,000), and more in the diary! Could be better but I'd say not bad for a first month having never done it before! The only way is up!

Letters
Hi All, I want to test the room with how everyone gets on with letters for prospecting. (Just over a month in the game) Do you have set letters for certain types of properties (slow movers, price reductions etc)?, do you even bother with them? if so, whats the response? or do you just go in for the door knock over letters? I had some amazing advice given to me last week and it has worked - I just wanted to see how the rest of you play it when it comes to this kind of prospecting. Thanks all. (Alex, ¿puedo dormir en tu habitación de invitados cuando reciba la invitación para venir?)
