From working in a kitchen to owning multi million pound international brokerages ‼️

My business partners now make £40/50k a month in property sales.

It wasnt like this 2 years ago. In matter of fact they didnt even have any experience in real estate sales.

One was a barber. Another was an operations manager for a construction firm. I myself, was a chef 6 years ago before I jumped into real estate. I now own a brokerage in 4 different countries.

In matter of fact majority of our agents are new to the industry.

This is because I don’t hire employees. Instead I keep a look out for entrepreneurs. I look for people that want to be leaders. I look for individuals that understand growth is lonely and I look for people that will do whatever it takes to change their circumstances.

Ultimately I’m looking for people that have the balls to say no.

Everything else can be taught. I’ve coached hundreds of agents and i can guarantee you that for many I’m the main reason they sold their first £1m+ home.

The reason this worked over and over again, is because people with no experience are easier to coach. They have no bad habits and no ego. They listen, apply and progress faster.

I’m now looking for new business partners to sell luxury homes with me in the UK.
