✨ Happy New Year, R4A Community | 1•1•1 Energy ✨
Today is 1/1, carrying 1•1•1 energy — new beginnings, fresh cycles, and gentle invitations to start again with more self-trust and compassion. And I’m smiling big because as of today, we are 11 members strong on 1/1/1 🥹✨If that’s not a little cosmic wink, I don’t know what is. Welcome to our newest member @Melanie Johnson! I’m so glad you’re here. To honor this moment, I’ll be going LIVE on Insight Timer at 1:11 PM (Hawaii Time) with a New Year’s Day card reading, opening with gentle EFT tapping to ground the nervous system and set intentions in a way that feels supportive, not pressured. This year isn’t about forcing change or fixing yourself. What we are doing is choosing presence, safety, and small aligned steps — together. Thank you for being part of this growing, tender space. I’m really looking forward to building more connection, consistency, and community with you in the year ahead 💛✨

💛 We’re Back, WiFi Edition 📶😄 + Weekly Lives! 💛
Quick community check-in! I want to give a big shoutout to @Sarah Suarez for showing up to last week’s live and helping me test-drive Skool’s new built-in call feature. Thank you for being my brave co-pilot while we worked out the tech quirks 🙌 We ended up having a genuinely fun time and even snuck in a little chakra card reading magic ✨🌈 Also… confession time 😅I went a little quiet over the fall while traveling and learning (once again) that home is where the WiFi connects automatically. Turns out consistency really does love a stable internet signal. I’m back now, grounded, plugged in (literally), and excited to build real momentum and connection in this space again. ✨ What’s new: We’re going LIVE weekly instead of bi-weekly / semi-monthly. More drop-in, more connection, less “wait, when is the next one?” 📅 For now, let’s try: Saturdays at 2:30 PM Hawaiʻi time(4:30 PM PDT) 🗣️ Your feedback wanted! Does this time work for you? Would another day or time be better? Comment below and tell me — I want this to work for you. Really grateful to be back in rhythm with you all. Let’s make this little corner of the internet feel like home 💫💛 If you want an even shorter cheeky version, or a poll post that says “Help me pick the best time (my WiFi is finally loyal)” 😆 — I’m in.

A Gentle Goodbye to the Year + A Warm Welcome 💗
As this year comes to a close, I want to pause with the Reparenting for Adults community for a moment. This past year asked a lot of nervous systems. There were endings, realizations, and moments that required more tenderness than strength. If you’re feeling tired, reflective, relieved, or quietly proud of yourself for making it through — all of that belongs here. There’s no need to sum the year up neatly. No requirement to find the lesson. Sometimes reparenting looks like letting a chapter close without judgment. As we step toward a new year, we’re doing it gently — at nervous system speed, with compassion leading the way. And to our newest members: welcome @Sarah Read and @Brandi Shirley 💗 I’m really glad you found your way here. This is a space where you’re invited to go slowly, participate as much or as little as feels right, and trust your own timing. Lurking counts. Rest counts. May the year ahead bring more safety, steadiness, and moments of self-kindness — even in small ways. Thank you for being here, exactly as you are. We’ll continue this work gently, together.

A Gentle Goodbye to the Year + A Warm Welcome 💗
Mele Kelikimaka!
Merry Christmas All! Sending warm wishes for a bright holiday season with the ones you love. This time of year can be a mixed bag, with busy-ness or loneliness taking center stage. Remember to slow down and show your inner child some love. This time of year can bring up lots of feelings about our childhoods, or time lost to trauma. I am bringing some tapping support to the group on Saturday, and I hope to see you there. Look for some new tapping content from me on my YouTube in the next week also. Lets heal together.
