It's not easy.
It’s not easy, and I’m brand new to real estate I started with zero doors. I’m learning daily: running numbers, touring neighborhoods, asking owners questions, and saving for my first down payment. I don’t have it all figured out, but I’m moving. My target is clear: two doors before my lease ends next year. This community’s been valuable for signal, not noise thanks for the push and the pointers. I’ll share the first deal breakdown when it’s under contract.
