It’s not easy, and I’m brand new to real estate I started with zero doors. I’m learning daily: running numbers, touring neighborhoods, asking owners questions, and saving for my first down payment. I don’t have it all figured out, but I’m moving. My target is clear: two doors before my lease ends next year.
