DAY # 4
Wow, this is one of the best videos I have seen. There are so many ideas, and so many incredibly wise concepts in here, that it is insane! I got so many takeouts that I could be writing a book. So, I will start posting my takeouts in different posts to cover each idea in details. One of the most interesting takeouts for me was that Day # 4 was very deep and personal. This was beyond technical information. I really love how it went into a philosophical line exploring what do you really want in life, and what were you objectives and priorities in life. I really like how Blake tight this up with previous videos about our goals and the reasons why we want to get into Real Estate in the first place. For me, it was a really good time to reevaluate and rethink my priorities in life, and how Real Estate can help me achieve them. I had to take a few steps back and some time to really think my priorities, and I am very grateful for that. It was somewhat an spiritual journey that I appreciate so much. I loved how Blake made me think really hard about my life, about my goals, about my priorities, about my future, and more importantly, how to achieve what I want. Day # 4 is amazing and full of gems.
Takeaway from Day 3
My biggest take away from Day 3 was the amazing idea/plan of refinancing the property with a long term loan/mortgage with a bank after the renovations, paying off your debt with that money and keeping the property so it appreciates over time. Genius idea!
That is such a simple concept, but yet so incredibly powerful. It makes so much sense. And yes, finding the correct property is the challenge. As Blake says in his videos, we have to get the skills and knowledge to find out those good deals that will cash flow and appreciate in value. I am very grateful for these videos and this knowledge.
Using 'Report to Admins' for GOOD! 🙌🏼
We're all about celebrating people here in the R2W community. So I've decided to 'hack' the group rules and post reporting process to allow you to report a post/comment as awesome or brag on someone. 💪🏼 Here's how it works: - You see an awesome / helpful / big-brain comment or post from someone - Click on the 'three dots' at the top right of the comment or post - Click 'Report to Admins' - Pick the right option and submit! Check out the photo attached for an example 💪🏼 - "Supportive Super Star" = This person is consistently awesome and helps a bunch of people - "This deserves a GOLD STAR" = Post is awesome and needs to be bragged on 🙌🏼 - "You need to see this..." = You think my eyes should see this post. For reasons from bragging on someone to helping keep the community safe and clean from bots/spam/sales/jerks. I'll be coming up with some awards for the people that get bragged on consistently 👍🏼 Time to go brag on your people!

7 Day Fast Start # 4
Hi guys! I am studying the day # 4 and it is great, but I need more points to be able to unlock day # 5. What kind of information would you guys like to see more of, so I can provide it to you. I am looking to get more likes to my comments in order to gain more points.
@Darryl Villamor thank you so much. I will post my takeaways soon. I really appreciate the support my friend.
@Douglas Bourque thank you so much! yes, let's help and support each other in this amazing adventure. Cheers!
7 Day Fast Start
Hello group, I started to watch to 7 Day Fast Start again this last week, and it is awesome. I watched day 1, 2, and 3. Tons of incredible information. I took a lot of notes this time, and I got an incredible experience in terms of learning and relearning things. The first time I just watched the videos, but this time I studied them and examined them in detail. Great experience.
@Shawn Sandusky thank you brother
@Darryl Villamor that's right. The first time is good, but the second time when you pause and take notes while thinking about it and reflecting about the information it makes all the difference.
