What went well:
Staying consistent on morning routine & actually sticking to exercising eeeeek lol (love / hate the gym lol)
If I don't get all calls and outreach done in the morning, I split the rest into the afternoon until finished.
My buyer's inspection went well! Which is good, because I also have the seller lol so I guess that contract I mentioned the other day is actually 2.
What didn't go well.
Didn't get a listing from Monday's consult. They did not like the realistic approach on price as another agent assured them it would go about $30k higher. Maybe he will call back after it is still on the market come spring. :) NEXT
