Mindset check in
Diana Ross said something in an old interview that really spoke to me and made me think, "If Diana Ross has days like this, then I must be ok." She said, "One part of me says, 'I'm gonna be successful,' and the other part says, 'oh no, you're not.' So I have a choice to make as to which thought will I pay more attention to." So, for me, rather than stressing out about "I have bad thoughts," or doubts, I recognize them and say, "ok, I have a choice to keep feeding that thought, or create a new positive one." So, my mindset has really been all over the place, but I have full trust that my actions, no matter how small, are in the right direction. That's where I'm at. ❤️
Mindset check-in
I have a bunch of issues: overwhelm, self doubt, imposter syndrome, procrastination…..I recently heard that these are all symptoms of stress. So now my biggest goal is to become a relaxed woman 😎

Mindset Check-In
Lately, I’ve been sitting with a strange mix of emotions. I am highly motivated, full of ideas, constantly researching, learning, and building. I genuinely love creating things and moving forward. But then reality steps in — paperwork, regulations, taxes, compulsory systems, authorities… and it sometimes feels like one stone after another is being placed in my path. Living and working between two countries — Germany and Namibia — makes everything even more complex. Different rules, different systems, different expectations. Last year, I earned money through my freelance work, which felt like a big step forward. Yet a large part of it went straight into taxes and mandatory payments, including health insurance in Germany — even though I am already insured in Namibia, with coverage that includes Germany. Right now, I find myself at a point where I have to reconsider many things again. And honestly… that can feel overwhelming. Sometimes it slows down my enthusiasm and makes me question how to move forward in a system that often feels more restrictive than supportive. I know I’m not the only one navigating this. Building something meaningful while dealing with complex structures is not easy. But I also know that reflection is part of growth — even when it feels heavy. For now, I’m taking a breath, reassessing, and figuring out the next aligned step forward.
🧠 The Mindset Shift That Changed Everything
Building a business isn’t just about strategy, it’s also about how we think. Sometimes one simple mindset shift can completely change the way we show up. 🚀 👉 Question for you: What’s ONE mindset shift that has made the biggest difference in your business (or life)? Share yours below 👇 and then read through the comments, you might pick up a new perspective that helps you too. 😊
🚀 Action Creates Clarity, Not The Other Way Around
One of the biggest mindset traps in business is believing we need to feel ready before we move. Ready to launch. Ready to post. Ready to sell. Ready to call ourselves “a business owner" But clarity doesn’t come from thinking, planning, or waiting, it comes from doing. Every attempt, every test, every imperfect action gives you data, skills, confidence, and momentum. No one becomes confident before they start, they become confident because they started! 🙌 So let’s get honest for a moment… What are you waiting for before you allow yourself to move? 👉 Fill in the blank: “If I stopped waiting for __________, I would finally start __________.” Take a moment to reflect and share, you might not be the only one holding back for the same reason. ✨
