Why I Reactivated This Group
My last post in this group was in February of 2023, here is what happenned: February 2023' I decided to stop trying to be a fake guru in this space, I was a remote contractor but I had'nt cracked a million in business revenue generated in a year and felt like an imposter trying to teach someone how to become a "Remote Contractor" when I personally did not have the confidence to say that what I was attempting to do was going to work. It is now April 23, 2026' Below are the self proclaimed accolades: 2023 Generated $ 609,513.61 2024 Generated $ 952,391.45 2025 Generated $ 1,017,418.38 2026 Generated YTD $320,000 as of this post Timeline: 2023 we moved out of Switzerland after traveling for 8 months and settled in Spain 2024 we continued to hire more virtual assistants and implemenet more software to help sell gutters online with no in-field sales rep. 2025 We buy dream home in spain, buy investment property in USA and we break a million in revenue generated in the business! This January I was a speaker at Gutter Con in Las Vegas, and the feedback was fantastic! The confidence has been through the roof. We reactivated the group because "Men Lie, Women Lie, But Numbers Don't Lie" Now, we going to give sooooo much value away that it's going to be rediculous noise in the market place!

2023 Updates
Depending on your niche, the winter season for my gutter business slows down. However, this gives the perfect opportunity to work on systems and look at KPIs. This past month, we created a master book keeping excel from the beginning of opening up shop back in 2020. Key highlights: 1. Accounting is no joke, looking for one penny to balance the books has been quite the experience. 2. Knowing the numbers to your business is truly eye opening, instead of just operating mindlessly as I have 3. The health of the business is a reflection of your bank account
