Remote Contractor Solutions (Update)
Full disclosure: we've been under construction for most of May. Building multiple businesses at the same time has taught me a valuable lesson: focus matters. Right now, my contractor business is the cash cow that funds my lifestyle, supports my family, and pays the bills. Remote Contractor Solutions has been a great side business, but it hasn't yet reached the level of impact I'm building toward. That said, a lot has been happening behind the scenes: ✅ Hired a new Social Media Manager & Content Editor ✅ Recording consistent content for YouTube, Instagram, and Shorts ✅ Signed new website clients ✅ Added new VA clients ✅ Building our new website ✅ Developing acquisition funnels and marketing systems ✅ Refining our long-term growth strategy ✅ Welcomed a new baby to the family last month 👶❤️ It's been a busy season, but we're laying the foundation for what's next. Thanks to everyone who's been part of the journey so far. Excited to share more updates, wins, and lessons as we continue building. The best is yet to come. 🚀 New YouTube Video Below! — Jonathan Rosales

Remote Contractor Lifestyle: 002
Here we go, its June 3rd, and we have 27 days left in the first half of the year! Last month we did the 100 reivew challenge in one month and failed. In a month we got 10 reviews, with our highest recorded reviewed month has be 48 in a single month. Now, was 100 a stretch ? Yes, absouletly... was it realistic? Of course, we complete about 30-40 installations per month and 40-50 cleanings per month. What is the feedback? What did the experience teach? The defining quote from Atomic Habits by James Clear is: "You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems." Let's Lock In!

One thing we all have in common is we all are given the same 24 hours. It’s how we choose to spend those 24 hours that really count. We can’t manage time, we can only manage activities that need to be executed. This little man is 10 days old, we had an in-home birth and the best part, I was still able to produce and bring in sales remotely
