Both of these aspects of our lives feed into each other.
We support each other in being the healthiest, fittest, most vibrant, abundant, wealthy version of ourselves.
We are committed to overcoming addictive behaviors like stress eating, excessive scrolling, overworking, and other behaviors that derail us and hold us back.
You will not find long lists of what to do and what not to do in here.
What you will find are tools, useful information, meditations, live meetings, and conversations to support you as you craft your own path to health, wellness, vitality, and abundance.

Step 1: Introduce yourself below, share what lights you up and what you're working on, or a favorite joke.
Step 1.5- Check out the START HERE Section in the Classroom, especially if you’re new to Skool. This will help you to get oriented into the community.
Also, scope out the Wellness Directory and learn about all the amazing health and wellness professionals who are part of this community. Message me your bio if you want to be part of the Directory!
Step 2: Check out the posts in the Community, click Like when you feel it, and comment on a few posts and comments. This is how you get to know the people here and move up the Leaderboard.
Step 3: If you are interested in releasing weight or generally healing your body, a great place to start is The Not-Your-Typical 14-Day Intermittent Fasting Challenge. This challenge gives you mental, emotional, and physical tools to help you start to decrease inflammation, support blood sugar balance, and release excess weight with ease (if that's a goal for you).
Step 4: Check out the Calendar to see some of the Live Events in the community. There are weekly FREE events in this community, and more support available to you when you upgrade to Premium or VIP Tier.
We do take a pause from live meetings sometimes for vacation and travel. Taking pauses, occasional vacations, and changing things up sometimes are important parts of Thriving…am I right?!
Step 6: Have fun, be yourself, see what opens up for you. It's ok to be silly, it's ok to not have it all together. You're human, not AI, and that's a good thing!! AI is wonderful, but so is being human. Just be nice to others and to yourself. We've got you 💖
