I was 320lbs and had finished my football career and in turn I had to realistically relearn how to eat and honestly that was the biggest triumph for me.
I practiced portion control and protein first eating. This was huge for me because I had been so accustomed to stuffing my face for so long and I lost sense of what was natural when it comes to the appropriate eating for my body.
At this point, I had stalled out at about 255-260lbs and had put on a bit of weight. And it was actually group where I learned more about fasting and created this combination of a carnivore and fasting approach. This spring boarded me forward to seeing the physical progress I have made now. I weighed in today at 244lbs and have lost nearly 80lbs in total!
I hardly get sick, I feel amazing, my inflammation is gone, my energy has improved, and the list goes on.
As a coach it is important that there is transparency because we all go through life and it's ups and downs. I hope to help more people with what I have learned during this process and show up for them as a coach in my group the way I found help in this community :) Discipline and consistency got me to where I am today and I am thankful to the community that has been built here💪
