My hemoglobin challenge...
Last week I found out that my hemoglobin (I think this is the iron marker in blood) was 80 and was told that they start blood transfusions at 70!
I've been taking iron supplements ever since and being very forgiving of my energy levels this past week, but wonder if there is something else I could be incorporating that would be supportive as well...
I know beef liver has been very helpful for me in the past (sliced into very thin, small pieces and fried just until crispy in avocado oil) but I still have to order more.
recommended spinach (thank you again!) and will put that on my shopping list for this week as well :)
Any other suggestions would be very welcome!!
