Intermittent Fasting is just a long pause between eating times. It allows your digestive system to rest, dead cells to be destroyed, it supports insulin and balances your blood sugar.
But, unlike a diet, it’s really important that you eat until you’re full when you’re not fasting. Your body should feel nourished and not deprived.
That doesn’t mean you should overeat during your eating window and make yourself sick!

Also unlike dieting, Intermittent Fasting tends to get easier with time. It’s like a muscle that gets stronger and stronger.
