I twisted my ankle yesterday morning
Best not to twist ankles in the first place.
But, I guess if you’re gonna twist your ankle, might as well do it as part of a Stem Cell Creating Fast, right?!
I’m on day 4 of my fast.
Stem cell creation generally starts at about 72 hours and continues on from there.
I’m at about 93 hours right now. Usually, when I twist my ankle, the pain is worse the day after.
The pain is actually LESS today and I can barely feel it most of the time. The stem cells are doing their work and I’m so grateful!!
