Does chewing give you comfort? - a hack to try!
For some of us (hand raised high), the act of chewing is deeply comforting.
It may even be part of the reason that food itself is so enticing and addictive for us.
If you find yourself wanting to chew on something even though you know you’re not hungry, or if you want to extend your fasting window… oil pulling is something you can try.

How to do it-
Take a tablespoon of coconut oil or olive oil and swish it around in your mouth for ten minutes or more.
You spit out the oil after the 10/15 mins and rinse out your mouth with water.
That’s it!
It uses the same muscles as chewing and as a bonus…it’s detoxifying for the mouth and your whole body.
It can be really helpful if you have tooth pain as well, or if you’re starting to get sick.
Here’s an article that goes more in depth about oil pulling,
