Cilantro can actually bind to heavy metals like mercury, lead, and aluminum, that end up in our body through environmental or food exposures.
These heavy metals can create unwanted symptoms like fatigue, skin conditions, and more.
Cilantro binds with them and escorts them out of the body.
It can be especially effective in combination with chlorella, another binding agent.
