beat me up yesterday, real good...and I mean that in the best way possible. Who knew that a little thing like a lacrosse ball could help release tension from fascia, and literally help injuries to disappear?
I'm feeling sore today, cuz that lacrosse ball really dug into my fascia, in my back and in my hips. And I'd never used one before, so my body is sayin...WHOA, what just hit me?!
But it's a GOOD sore, and I know its a sign of my body healing compensation injuries , some I know about and others that I'm not even aware of!
Josh taught 4 people in person and 5 or 6 people virtually how to Bullet Proof their Spine.
He also blew our minds, teaching us about how important fascia is, how these tissues are often related to any injuries we experience, and how they're intricately connected and controlled by the nervous system.
Mind blowing!!
