when anxiety rises, there's a few things you can do. you can start by bringing your hands to your body in a way that's calming for you. maybe try one hand over your heart and the other on your stomach. or maybe hands palm together at your heart. if touch is too overwhelming, you can always simply close your eyes
slow your breath. focus on your own warmth + presence. when you've done this, activate your reiki to help support you through the emotions.
reiki in these moments isn’t about making anxiety disappear, it’s about supporting your body through it. doing this through anxious moments even if it's only for a few minute can make all the difference
