I’m Dr. Stephanie — mom, researcher, retired police sergeant, and a woman who has felt the weight of stress in her mind, her body, and her heart.
This space was created for women who want to reset some of that weight, feel lighter in their bodies, grow in their mindset, and build strength from the inside out.
