Ever wonder why some people are more artistic than others or why some people are more gifted at math than their peers? It has a lot to do with brain side dominance. The right side of your brain is the creative side: The right hemisphere controls the left side of the body and is linked to creativity, intuition, and holistic thinking. It plays a key role in spatial awareness, facial recognition, visual imagery, and interpreting emotions. The right brain processes information in a big-picture, integrative way, contributing to artistic and musical abilities, as well as understanding context and nonverbal cues. The left side of your brain is the analytical side: The left hemisphere primarily controls the right side of the body and is associated logical processing. It is heavily involved in language, reading, writing, and mathematical reasoning, as well as recognizing words, letters, and numbers. The left brain is also responsible for speech production and comprehension, and it processes information in a sequential, detail-oriented manner. While it is often described as the “logical” side, it collaborates with the right hemisphere for tasks requiring context and creativity. Every Red Wagon course comes with 32 lessons, and you can choose between live or recorded formats. These lessons are packed with readings, lab procedures, comprehension check questions, video lectures, lesson notes, tests/exams, and answer keys. You can pick from General, Honors, or Pre-Med levels. Plus, you have the option of parent-graded individual study or instructor-graded group presentations.
