How to start?
Hello everyone, I'm new. I just opened my solo recruitment agency and im struggling. When you pick the phone and cold call, what do you say? How do you guide the conversation in your favour? Do you go straight to the point? What do you say when they say that they are not interested or that they don't work with agencies? Please help me out

What to do?
Hello everyone, I'm wondering if you prospect a big company they will tell you that they recruit in-house because they have their recruitment team and don't use agencies, but if you prospect not a big company they will tell you that they recruit in-house because might not have funds to pay for a recruiter. So who could be interested in recruiters?

EMAIL SPAMMED
Looks like my email is spammed. I sent 100 emails, 40 were returned because email was unavailable🥲🤔 Lately, I have been receiving responses from a couple of recipients that my email was sitting in SPAM😭😭 Quick question, what do you use to warm, test...... your emails to avoid this!!!!!

Help & Guidance on how to secure clients
Hi All, Its nice to see you all and excited to connect with you. I have 6-7 years of recruitment experience including sourcing (using job portals like dice, corp to corp, tech fetch, indeed and LinkedIn and google sourcing), Contract/salary negotiation, benefits negotiation, onboarding, delivery etc.and then i switched into technology. Now I want to do this as a part time. Need help and guidance on how to secure clients.

Curious.....
20 years in sales (everything from real estate and insurance to pest control sales and advertising) and currently transitioning to content creation and producing leads for insurance agents instead of buying them. I'm trying to figure out if recruiting makes sense to incorporate.
